A Few Naked Words

These are a few things I made up while trying to figure out what else to do.

  1. May the Lord protect our nudity from the sight of those who will not benefit, and may he allow us to be seen by those who will.--Greg C.

  5. I am not really naked; I'm just not wearing any clothes. (My favorite)
  6. Did you notice that God covered their beautiful living human skin with the skin of an ugly dead animal? Was that a punishment and not meant for physical modesty?
  7. A naked body equals freedom, a naked mind equals slavery. Which is more important?
  8. Too bad we are so fearful of our own bodies to the point that we are now calling God's greatest creation, Mankind, shameful.
  9. Naturists don't get bellybutton lint.
  10. Clothing takes up resources, time and money. Naturism takes up very little of it. See Ecologically Sound.
  11. According to modern success advice, "Clothes makes the man (or woman)". But according to the bible, God made the man and woman, and he made them without clothes. (And still does today if you look closely at a newborn baby.) See Self Examination
  12. In order to "come clean", that is, take a bath, we usually first remove our clothing. What a way to "come clean" before each other and God!
  13. People are slaves to fear; fear of hell, fear of death, fear of the new millenium, fear of each other and their own bodies. In Jesus Christ, there is no fear. (1 John 4:18, 2 Tim 1:7) (Note: Millenium is past, fears were unfounded...get the hint?)
  14. Do they say that nudity and sex always go together? Well, then be careful and don't get pregnant while taking a bath.
  15. Clothes have been over rated; people have been under rated.
  16. Nudists did not exist until clothing did...Think about it.
  17. Nudes don't stand around with their hands in their pockets.
  18. If you think about the concept behind clothing, you will find clothing to be very indecent.

  21. Speaking of abuse, our ideas of lust, forcing others to wear clothes because we cannot control our own lusts, is abuse to the other person.
