Some of my memories of Blythwood:

• Miss Margaret Clarkson greeting us at the door to the classroom with her special hampster, "Susie". (1958-1960) Contributing to Miss Clarkson's book "Susie's Babies" in which each student in the class is named.
• Walking over to Sunnyview for our swimming classes: rain or shine, fall, winter and spring. Walking to and from our Home Economic classes at John Fisher school
• Learning how to use a dictionary from Mr. Martin (1961-1962) - I suspect this was so much fun because of Mr. Martin and not because of the dictionary.
