I remember Miss Banks (in grade 2 I think - didn't she get married when I was there?), Miss May (grade 4) -- her arithmetic drills (and I still address my mail the way she taught us), Mister Stewart (grade 5), and Mister Martin (grade 7, which was combined with 8 in one class). I remember Mr. Martin saying, "Some people say skedule and some say, shedule, so I say skedoolee and I know I'm wrong!"
