In-Store Process

  1. Check-In
  2. At check-in, you will describe your symptoms to the front desk, at which point a technician may do some initial testing and record some information relevant to the repair or diagnostic. Be honest and thorough in your explanation. If further issues are found, additional costs can and likely will be incurred. At this point, a fair price quote will be given (subject to change with notice).

  3. Diagnostics
  4. Technicians may perform a series of tests to determine the repairability of a device or computer. This is to ensure full functionality of a device before proceeding with a repair. On-site repairs differ at this point.

  5. Repair
  6. Our team is certified by industry leaders and manufacturers to give credibility to our repairs and solutions. We use parts of the highest grade and methods that are approved by manufacturers so that we can minimize potential future issues.

  7. Quality Inspection
  8. At Farnsworth InfoTech, our quality structure is always at least two people deep. At least two people will inspect your finished repair or solution to keep consistent with the quality we pledge to every customer.

  9. Customer Approval
  10. After every repair and solution, we contact the client with reports on exactly what occurred during the process of repair. After approval, the device is ready to be given back to you, the customer, and are then charged for the price of the repair.

Remote Process

  1. Appointment Creation
  2. Create your appointment with the form above, and specify Remote Process as the appointment type.

  3. We Come to You
  4. After confirming a suitable time, we will send a qualified technician to your desired location to complete diagnostics and repairs required. If we cannot complete the repair within the time frame, we will arrange a follow-up appopintment free of charge.

  5. Confirmation
  6. Following your repair, you will be sent a completion form with the bill for the time allotted to you.
