Welcome to a new and improved version of bentbastard. After several years and several revisions, here is a basic introduction to some aspects that I deem worthy of addition to the web. It is by no means an exhaustive document, yet it is a starting point.

Herein, find a map to specific details of my qualifications, activities, hobbies and personal interests. You'll find copies of articles I have written, journal papers (as they are published), and links to my favourite websites.

Why "bentbastard"? It all began several years ago as a retort to accusations of being a not-so-nice person. It sat well with me and became a pseudonym in my writtings in local publications. For a while only a chosen few knew bentbastard's "true" identity. However, one day a good friend printed a t-shirt with 'bentbastard' on it. My cover was blown. Note that it has to be written with lower case 'b', don't ask me why, it just does.
