The Bega Day Out Youth Music Committee is a dedicated group of Bega Valley High School students who are committed to creating music opportunities for local youth. They are all musicians or lovers of music, and have skills in organising activities for young people. They are motivated, reliable, and creative.
The Bega Day Out Youth Music Committee Aims:

To promote youth music

To empower young people through decision making

To encourage more active youth participation through youth music and production, by providing professional opportunities for young musicians

To create all age concerts/dances for local youth
|

To promote drug and alcohol free events, and in so doing promote a positive image of young people

To raise funds for future youth music events, by applying for government and non government grants; raffles; concerts; in-kind donations
|

To give young people the opportunity to learn about the music industry in general
