BEGA
DAY OUT � the big one: all day & night event at the Bega
Showground with three main venues featuring headlining acts from across
Australia with 45 acts in all including 23 local bands and musicians
playing to more than 1000 people. Committee members took on
responsibility for organising all aspects of this major event such as
programming, promotion, production, transport, security, sponsorship and
insurance. The event was widely acknowledged by performers, audience and
sponsors as a huge success and Committee members are keen to do it
again. |

BEGA
DAY OUT CD Release � all unsigned bands which played original material
at the January Bega Day Out gig were recorded on a compilation CD
locally released with sale proceeds to support future youth music
activities organised by the Bega Day Out Committee. |
