i just got my wisdom teeth taken out, so i've got a four day weekend to recuperate & do as i damn well please [when i'm not laying around in too much pain]. so, because i'm still a little numb & don't hurt too much yet, i went out & took some pictures. you can view them here. enjoy, & i'll probably add some more writing within the next few days, as well as put up info on issue seven, which has been complete for about a week now.

so, it took a lot of work, but i revamped the site. you like? of course i kept the green; it's my favorite color, duh! hopefully it all appears right on your screen; i did my best to make it fit all display sizes. and if not, well, i did what i could.

issue seven is in the works, and should be done soon. this one will most likely be bigger than the rest, and artsier, with a lot more poems than past issues have included, among other things. i've written a lot, and i want to include a lot of it in the issue, so .... expect a big one.

and... that's all i have to say about that.

so, i FINALLY added issues five and six to the zine section, with some info about each issue, because they're the two that i'm most proud of.

i also added a lot of quotes from past issues, so you can check those out as well - or just grab a copy of my zine & see them in there!

i suppose i should get ready for work at some point....

i woke up in the middle of the night, & what better thing to do than smoke cigarettes & write? so i put up a new poem, fresh out of my mind : worms, because i didn't know what else to title it as. but really, it has very little to do with worms.

maybe i'll go back to bed now; i have a cold that's kicking my ass.

so, i just spent a few hours changing the site around. like the new look? yeah, it's the same layout, just new colors. needed something springy - although it is still snowing outside, and it's the middle of april. go figure.

i added order forms for both the zine & my photos, so if you want to order anything, now you can!

throughout the day i'll be adding more photos & more writing, so check back if you're actually interested.

i'm at work right now, so i can't do much of an update. i added a new poem a couple of weeks ago, the first one i've written in almost a year, so i'd love it if you take a look!

i'll be adding more writing, more photos, & information about issue #5, "SOLDIER ON," which is finished & ready for shipping! i'm really proud of this one, so i'm hoping to get it into as many hands as possible. i've already gotten some great feedback about it, some i'm pretty optimistic about this one.

my boss is standing right behind me, so that's all for now. check back in a bit for all of the additions!

i added some new photos in the archive section; more will be put up as i edit them. there's so many to go through that it's taking forever, but i'm adding them as i go along.

my head has been pretty crazy the last few days - sometimes it's hard to make it through life when you're practically insane. but this craziness has provided much creativity & a lot to write about, so issue #five of becoming is nearly complete - and i just started mailing out issue #four!

speaking of the zine, i've got plenty of copies to go around, so please, ask me for one!

it took a lot of work, but the website is finally complete, and i feel very accomplished. not all of the writing & photography is up yet, but most of the pieces are in place as they should be, and everything is running fine.

i'll be adding more of everything each day, as i continue editing photos [i've got over a thousand to go through] & i write for at least a few hours daily, so i've got plenty to fill up the space.

if you're interested in getting your hands on a copy of any issue of the zine, or in purchasing any photos, feel free to contact me - there's plenty to go around.

all that i ask is that you respect that this work is my own, & that nothing gets taken & used without my permission. many thanks in advance.
