this is the sound of
a heart
breaking
as the
pieces chip away and it
starts to
crack in two
and i
try to fight the feeling
but it's just
too strong
and it
overwhelms me as i
try to fight back
the tears
but i can't as i
gasp for air as my
chest heaves and the
tears start to fall and my
heartbeat pounds so
loud in my ears;
this is the sound of my
heart breaking.
