Tamar
Lambert struck an unbeaten 95* to steer Beccles to their
first win since the opening day of the season. Beccles
chasing 223 secured victory with only 2 balls to spare.
The
2nd XL slumped to another Home defeat whilst the 3rd's
also suffered at Ringsfield. Poor availability and a
lack of bowling power at the root of the issues.
The
Sunday XL made it 4 out of 5 with a hard fought victory
against Belton.

Vice Presidents and guests attended the first VP Lunch
of 2005. The day was somewhat spoilt by the cricket
however an excellent meal courtesy of Elf Catering was
enjoyed.
Ryan
DeCoteau has been invited to join the Norfolk development
squad for this season.
Beccles
have accepted an invitation to compete in the inaugural
"Twenty-Twenty" competition featuring 8 top
alliance teams including Horsford and Norwich. The fixtures
take place on the 20th and 22nd of June with the final
group match on 5th July. All matches are played at Manor
Park Horsford beginning at 17:30. The Beccles group
includes Horsford, Great Witchingham and Fakenham.
