The Education Department Program

A. Intends to prepare students for school positions, as classroom teachers, area coordinators, head teachers, principals, and supervisors; and

B. Expects graduates of this Degree to demonstrate the following:
    1. Communicative competence in Filipino and English languages.
    2. Leadership skills
    3. Analytical, critical and logical thinking competence
    4.Teaching competence
    5. Skills in Research
    6. Education technology skills
    7. Competence in inter and intra-personal relationships
    8. Community organizing skills
    9. Value Internalization
