Here you'll find all the latest news that we have had time to get on the website. Please check frequently for updated information and be sure to check with Elissa if you are in doubt.

Welcome, Parents
Whether you're an old hand or newcomer at Ballet Jeunesse in Concert, Welcome, from Elissa and the entire parent committee. Behind the scenes of Ballet Jeunesse is a hard-working group of mothers and fathers whose efforts help make the costuming, receptions, and funding for the concert an annual success. Please join us in the sharing both the work and the rewards of being part of this exceptional program.

NEW information for company members and parents
Remember, throughout the rehearsal time, we will collect the following monies:

Tights - Each company member must purchase one pair to be used in the concert only. You must specify the correct size at the time of ordering.

Sweatshirt Please use the sweatshirt order form that was distributed earlier this month.

Concert Videotape - Professionally taped, edited and duplicated by Arrow Video, VHS format, Optional.

Patron Donations and Forms - Do you have grandparents you have been meaning to ask for support? Parents and grandparents are our largest group of patrons. Others include other relatives and alumni of Ballet Jeunesse.
Note: Each company family is asked to attempt to obtain the support of at least two patrons.

You may pay for these items with a single check made out to Ballet Jeunesse. Please be sure to itemize what you're paying for, so we can keep the books and ensure that you receive the merchandise that you're expecting.

Concert schedule
Two performances, Friday-Saturday, March 15 & 16, at Hawken Upper School Auditorium in Gates Mills. For excellent directions, go to the click on the directions link to go to Hawken's own directions page. Curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m. The concert is followed by a reception for audience and case, both nights.

Rehearsal schedule
A final rehearsal schedule is included on the website. Please note that Dress Rehearsals take place on Tuesday and Wednesday before the concert. The Dress Rehearsals begin at 4:00 p.m. sharp. The company is expected to be dressed to dance by 4:00. Please bring dinner; the company will take a dinner break on site together. Also note that NO food or drink is allowed in the dressing rooms.

Tickets
Tickets are $5.00 for all ages. All relatives of company members, small children, students, and seniors require a ticket for each night of attendance. Each company member is responsible for twenty tickets and is expected to turn in ticket money OR return unsold tickets. Unsold tickets MUST be returned at Dress Rehearsal on Wednesday night or paid for.

Patrons
Patrons who make contributions of $25 or more receive a premium of one or more complimentary tickets to the concert. Patron donations should be made payable to Ballet Jeunesse.

Method of payment
Payment for all of these can be combined in one check, but please itemize what you are paying for.
