The PC troubleshooting is the most important and time consuming task.Not only the hardware but software also has to be troubleshooted. It happens many times that we have only information for either hardware or software. But if you really serious about the task here is the information for both hardware and software.

Let me explain how it is organized.

The hardware section includes installation of hard drive, floopy drive, modem and LAN card. Here, I have also include the troubleshooting for the problems generally occur in these devices. You can get brief description of mother board, processor, keyboard and mouse. The software section includes the installation and uninstalltion of software and drivers for hardware, BIOS setup, virus removel and installation of operating system.

A step-by-step troubleshooting for start-up is also included. There are some diagrams and images are also there for the ease of understanding.
