News Archive June 2001 6.30.01 EECS PARTAY!! Well as we near the last week of BA 160 We have the EECS party. Held and funded by the EECS Boys. Hellz yea. BA Presentation went well. Stupid annoying white guy didn't ask one of his 5 min questions. =) Party gonna be tite. Iron Chef Wungist gonna be at the bbq, drink, LAN hehe fun stuff. More on it tomorra =) 6.24.01 Do it Fast, Do it Furious Well as many of you know The Fast and the Furious has just come out a couple days ago. Being a good azn guy, I went to go check it out. =) All I can say is hahahaha. Nice cars and girlz tho. If you're there for a plot and story get the hell out and go see Shrek or something. If you want to see tite imports and girlz then you're ok ^_^ 6.17.01 Happy Father's Day Well I went home for a couple days to see my bro graduate from highschool ^_^ It was a good time, good food =) It's officially Father's Day so have a good one all you dads =� 6.11.01 Movies Anywayz, I've seen some new movies since I've been up here and thought I might let you all know what I thought. First of all...SHREK! HAHA OMG What a kewl film! Funny and sophisticated too ^_^ Next film I saw was Moulin Rouge. It's unique. Like the traditional musical Mary Poppins type of film. Full of pop music and stuff. Guys bring the girls. They tend to like it and if you surprise them they might surprise you later that nite =� Enjoy! The movies I mean... 6.10.01 Great America...Fake Magic Mountian? You be the judge Anywayz, I went to Magic Mountain with Naree and her friends...and her friends' friends. It was very similar to Magic Mountain. I tried the newest ride "Stealth" It's not bad. A coaster where you lie down so it's kinda like flying ^_^ Food...soo soo bad. First of all...they say out of chicken strips, but they were actually out of Chicken Popcorn. Next...the Chicken strips SUCKED!!! Almost as bad as Magic Mountain. At Pizza Vector they gave me cold pizza...I mean come on...all they do is microwave it! Hehe what else. Saw some really bad Karaoke...^_^ Anywayz drinking with Naree's friends afterwards =) Hehe just a buzz for me that nite so only 12 shots ^_^ I'm bein good hehe. Gotta save up for Wungist's party on the 24th. It's gonna be off the hook! 6.3.01 OMG! Lakers lost! Well...it was too good to be true. The Lakers actually lost the first game. On the upswing I finally got my TKD Sparrin gear...Let's see I ordered that stuff way back winter break =� MMM...Adidas equipment ^_^ vintage stuff hehe. I have found that I'm bein drawn to the RX-7 and it's Rotary Engine =� Dunno why. Sigh no money anywayz. Gah must read stupid BA case so we finish group thing tonite! Curse you reading! 6.3.01 Ah a new month and skewl... Well Sean's gone and it's just me and Sam now. On the plus side there's still Sid, Kai, Steve, and some EECS Crew to chill with. BA 160 is much more readin and writin than I wished for but oh well...first paper due tomorra. Hehe at least I'll get my TKD Sparrin gear tonite. |
