News Archive July 2001 7.31.01 Dinner in SF Sounds nice huh =) Dinner in SF at Brandy Ho's Hunan place. I went with Naree and her Aunt. Kinda weird, the first family I meet is her Aunt =� Oh well...family stuffs was spoken and she seemed nice. She paid for dinner anywayz so it was all good ^_^ On another note, I finally got some kind of real project at work. As far as I can tell it's some kind of simple burning program. Hehe tite...cept I think I have a deadline now too...bleh 7.30.01 Patty B-Day time! Wow it's yet another birthday! Hehe happy birthday sweetheart. Nice new place you've got there too =) Good dumplings and friend thingys we had tonite too. Thanx to Kat for cookin and everyone for wrappin ^_^ 7.27.01 Went to Sac Went to Sacramento with Naree today =D She's my gf for those who don't know yet. Anywayz, went to her place in Sac. Sac is a pretty hot place, hehe cursed inland. Her place is kinda rural but kewl. I saw goats and cows in her neighbors yard...werd =D 7.25.01 Happy B-Day KAT! Today is Kat's B-day =D Went to Patty's place and celebrated Kat's 19th birthday. =) Also finally got Battle Atheletes 16-26 FINALLY! =) 7.21.01 Happy B-Day JOE!! Well it's official. My lil bro Joe is finally 18 =D Almost time for him to go off to college and suffer as I am ^_^ j/k...or am I? hehe Happy Birthday Joe =) 7.20.01 Dae! Whoo hoo! Dae's back =) He'll be chillin it with us Berkeley folk for a while. It's good to see you Dae =) On another note I've seen the shadiest Vodka ever! Their catch phrase can be seen in random thoughts 7.16.01 Econ 1 Midterm I raped it =) I also got my rio volt today =D 7.13.01 Friday the 13th It's Friday the 13th I gots my 130 bucks worth of free flooz today =D Gonna get me a rio volt hehe. 7.12.01 Final Fantasy All I can say is tite. The CG is off the wall. Story was pretty decent too. I guess my only complaint is that they still need some work conveying emotions. Other than that it was sweet. 7.8.01 MMM...The Great Meat Fiasco BBQ at Steve, Kai, Sid, Mike, and Ben's place today. Oh so much meat =D Other names for this event were "Kai's Bad Idea" "Meat Fest" you get the idea. Anywayz it was good =) Afterwards there was cake and poker and spoons! OMG spoons kicks ass! A great drinkin game. A new quote was formulated during poker...check it out at the bottom of the page. 7.7.01 AI and KoD Ok, so the past 2 nights I've watched AI and Kiss of the Dragon. Eh...AI was aiite. Very long tho. They prolly should have ended it at an earlier point..but no they kept goin. KoD was pretty kewl. Some nice moves by Jet Li of course =D 7.5.01 Wungist off to LOVEBOAT in TAIWAN!! Well Wungist, you're through with summer skewl and gonna go off to Taiwan...man enjoy it! Good food, good drink, good girls ^_^ yea yea Wungism...well don't forget to bring some back for those of us still in the US =) Build up that tolerance so that we can drink together =D 7.5.01 BA 160 Final Well it's the end of one summer skewl class. =) BA 160 wasn't so bad. I think I'll actually come out with an A or A- hehe how sad is it that the BA classes keep my GPA up =� Maybe I should have been an Business major instead of EECS...yea rite...I'm hardcore =� 7.4.01 Happy 4th of July Well it's 4th of July. No School, No work, fireworks. Hehe nice ^_^ Saw Fast and Furious with the guys. Was plannin on goin to Fisherman's Wharf in SF with my friends...but sigh, no such luck. 6 people and I have a final tomorra anywayz. So rather than drive my car I decided to not go and stay and study =� Kinda studied played Starcraft and watched fireworks on tv...sigh. At least it was no work and no skewl =) 7.1.01 Party Aftermath Very kewl party last nite. Tho there was that Bitch up in our faces it's all good. We handled it. Plenty of peepz, lots of food =) We were gonna LAN but didn't. Ended up havin a Flamin Dr. Pepper. Crazy drink. After 1 I could feel it a bit. Hehe good stuff ^_^ |
