News Archive April 2003 4.26.03 Clubbin...Kinda Went clubbin at Club NV with Jacalyn, Sonia, Jerry, Leeme, Elaine and Kai. Man...was THAT interesting. So I bid on Jacalyn and Elaine at the auction during Talent Show for APO. And Kai and I split the cost cause it was dinner and clubbin for 2. So a funnie thing is we're waiting for Jason. We see this girl and we're like Jason has become Jeanette! She walks into the building...and 1 minute later Jason walks out...hahaha well that was one of the jokes for the night. Well dinner was good =) We ate at Ichiroku in the city. Chinese run Sushi place. For once it wasn't Koreans...maybe that's just in Berkeley. We got to the club at about 9:30. They were still puttin out the line. We prepartied in this empty lot...then waited in the guestlist line...well Elaine, Leeme, and Jerry weren't on the guestlist so they paid full price but got in around 10:30. We didn't get in till 11:15 and the guest list was closed...thus we had to pay 20 bux. Also Jacalyn didn't bring enough money to cover Kai and I for clubbing so we had to pay for ourselves. So finally in, we had one Liquid Cocaine then danced some. Elaine seemed pretty buzzing and all...but around 12:30 Jacalyn grabs Kai and about 5 mins later Leeme grabs me. Elaine is in the bathroom lying on the floor puking and pretty much passed out...It was all I could do to keep her head up. Finally Kai and the rest of the guys show up and we pick her up and take her outside...the fucking club too worried about itself makes us take her outside where she's just passed out. Kai and I have her held up on the sidewalk when some random guy tells us there are cops...of course I think...Fuck we're liable cause she's a minor. So Kai and I pick her up and hide in the parking lot. The cop drives by slowly and turns on his lights...then leaves...whew...Ray and Lemme are getting water...but fearing another cop Kai and I carry her to his car. Now she's completely passed out. Damned if we didn't look shady carrying a passed out girl. But we strapped her in and I went back to find Leeme and Ray since they'd be wondering where we went. Ray gave us some water and we just decided to drive back home and drop her off. Luckily one of her roomies was up. We were about to take her outta the car when more cops pulled up in front of her place...they were there to break up another party on the same block. We pushed her back into the car and locked the doors. Kai went up to her roommate and I called him telling him to get her to open the garage. We then got in and sprinted to the elevator while the cops were busy. Finally we just dropped her off on the couch. It ended up that Elaine's roommate was John Mar's gf...what do u kno =) So in the end, Kai, Steve, Mike, and Anna just end up chilling at Kai's place...not a bad ending I suppose. Sorry to Jason and Jerry who got semi stranded... 4.25.03 Happy Bday Wungist! Well Will...you're 22 and unlike Jackie your liver is still ok. Congratulations! And you're getting smashed tonite. Haha too bad you didn't =� Though you did have massive amounts of everclear and 151...shudder. Haha yes...some ppl also ended up breaking one of Will's chairs because too many people sat on it. Actually we had quite a night at Pyramid's first. We had about 6 pitchers of beer before our food finally came. That's a damn lot of liquid. I actually ended up spending about 30 bux on dinner cause of beer. To Wung and his Wungism! 4.17.03 Super Neglected! Wow...so um..yea haha APO has been pretty much a black hole of time sucking. So lots has gone on since like a month ago. So yea my birthday! I wanted to thank everyone that remembered and got me reallie messed up after Broom Ball =) Even though I insisted I didn't want to get drink that much...Thanks to all my bigs for showing up and getting me that bottle of 151 haha. I don't think imma ever finish that thing tho...haha but it does have kewlness factor. There was also campout. Which was pretty kewl. Cold as hell tho...damn cold...reallie. The games and water fight was all reallie fun =) U kno the pledges beat pledge comm. Then there was also the talent show haha. Learning how to do glowstix was nice. Now I have more party tricks =) Also making tiramisu for Big Sib Banquet! And it turned out well! What else...ooh doing the concession stands at Oakland Collesium too! Haha so many fun APO memories in just the past month. It's so crazie. What else our IM bball team has been sucking...but it's still fun =) We'll win our last game...I KNO IT! And ee192 sux as does school...and Still no word from the one company that gave me 2nd rounds...sigh. Oh haha and goin to Henry's has become much more weekly since I joined APO, but it's fun going and bonding with ppl there. Sigh if only it could be a fellowship =P And Spring Break! haha can't forget about Mike's girlfriend Mari visiting. It was so amusing driving them up and down from Berk =) Sooo relaxing...sigh wish break were back...graduating in 1 month...so I guess if no job I'll be on break then... |
