News Archive April 2002 4.26.02 Happy Bday Jenny! Bleh...CS186 sux ass. I can't belive the crap I gotta do for that class...anywayz =) There's another Spring Bday =) Yay for us! Happy Birthday Jenny! 4.25.02 Happy Bday Wung! Well Wung you're finally 21! Haha too bad you're in lab. We will drink it up asap for your bday aiite. I expect to see you get it past 21 shots =D 4.25.02 Whoa...1 year! Well...I guess it's been a year since Naree and I started going out. I know a lot of people out there are like whoa 1 year is a long time...and I guess it is. Haha =P Happy Aniversary sweetie! 4.23.02 Spirited Away by Miazaki So last night a bunch of the guys from my dorm and myself went to the Pacific Film Archive to watch Miazaki's new film, "Spirited Away" It's about a young girl's journey through this mystical abondoned theme park which becomes a bath house for Gods at night. She has to work there to save her parents and reclaim her identity. This film was so Miazaki quality. It's very fantastical set completely in a world of imagination. Lots of randomness that'll make you go "wtf" and laugh. Disney has picked up this film and I'm hopin they don't butcher it. Other than that today I started my 186 proj...ug the spec is so bad. They give wrong info and have different meanings for the same variable...Shiv sux. Don't ever take 186 with him. 4.19.02 Shitty Week So this week has been pretty shitty. Last Sunday I was up till 5am doin a hw that I didn't finish. Monday I'm up at 8am. Tuesday I got my 170 review 8-10...then I go home to study for ba120 midterm and write my ba paper. I get to sleep at 5am. Wednesday, take ba midterm at 8am. Raped that shit. But 170 midterm....baaad baad. Friday got 8am ba midterm, got 170 midterm back....of course. Butt raped. bleh! I lifted at 8 - 10 am, lifted at 2 - 3:30 pm, and balled at 4:30 - 7 pm. Good workout. Work out stress is good. Also went to Wung's place and watched Oceans 11. Damn good movie. Had some orange cream popsicles and some drumsticks and some beer...oh yea =D Ray, Wung, Chi, Fu and I were talkin bout how we hate a lot of EECS people beacause they're so fucking annoying. Last semester...even though it was a lot of work...was the shizznit b/c we all worked together in the lab. Massive partying after checkpoints too. Haha all good. 4.12.02 Happy Bday Jack! Well A grueling week is coming up for me. Lots of midterms and projs and stuff....*shudder* Too bad I just don't care so much anymore. It's a bad thing...reallie. But fellow EECS Jack can celebrate! For it is his 21st B-day and he's done with Midterms =D Happy Birthday dood. I expect to see you drunk in the near future =) 4.12.02 Good News! So I've finished up my 186 proj and that's all graded w00t! AND Ragnarok is back on hehe w00t...(but it's lagged like hell) AND my friend Eric just got his AMD co-op position =D Yay him! Haha now I know where to get my cpus' from =) Anywayz, summer is coming up and I can't wait. Stil dunno what I'm doin tho... 4.2.02 Ug...skewl's back! And with a vengence...I'm gettin raped by Soda. I've got some new stats up in my CS stats. Check it out. Oh yea another reason to be angry with Soda. I forgot to fill my parking meter so I got a parking ticket. Nicely played Soda, Touche...bastard! Once again I'm mostly solo'in the proj. So much lost sleep =P. There are some new Spring Break photos in the albums if you wanna check it out. In other news by bro finally got his car. A sweet Black WRX. In other news my Kai also got a black WRX...to go along with his yellow RX-7...bitch! I'm tired, been spending past 2 days in Soda.
