In order to use this form you must fill the email adress and comments fields. If those fields not filled
out it will result in an error.
Filling out the "subject" field is optional but if you do not specify who you
wish to address your comments to it will be assumed that you are sending your comments
to the whole team. So, as a general rule, this field will probably be left blank in
most cases.
All comments submitted with this form will be sent to the team leader.
After you press submit, the form will be submitted and you will get a confirmation.
