- The Auld Reekers Cricket Club is made up of players who previously played for Edinburgh University Cricket Club at one time or another
- The club is far from exclusive and playing guests are welcome
- We are a wandering side because we have no home ground
- At the moment we have summer fixtures in Edinburgh, the West Country, and London
- This includes an annual week long tour "in and around Bath" during the second week of July
- For seven years this has been organized by Alex Comer
- Each year we play a game against the current Edinburgh University team, and usually win
