The Fifty Worlds: DM Information

The World of Meemu-Gamad

I haven't written this up yet.

The various nations of this world have little to do with one another, and their populations do not speak one another's languages. If they want to talk to one another, they use a corrupt form of the Common Tongue, the language of the city of Atlantis (which is on another world entirely).

In the local form of the common tongue, the third letter of the alphabet is called Gamad.

The most interesting city (although possibly not the largest city) on this world is Qwanet.

According to my dice (which never lie), the alphabet used when writing the language of Qwanet is Thaana. On Earth, Thaana is only used to write the Divehi language. Just in case you happen to have someone in your group who speaks Divehi: Divehi and the Qwanetian language are nothing like one another. They just use the same script.

The third letter of the Thaana alphabet is called Meemu.

Our current world is the third in its solar system. To avoid confusion with Gamma (an uninhabited world in the same solar system as Delta), sages refer to our current world as Meemu-Gamad. Its inhabitants do not use the name - they just call it "the world".
