[G1a] When Knights Attack

This is an area where you can get into fights. To continue the story, follow it to the very end and pass into the lighted outside.

Outside you will see Lizard Fighters, sprawled unconscious on the ground, along with a group of Zexen Soldiers and Chris. She claims she wants to see how powerful the greatest of the six clans is. Shiba claims that is a statement of war. Chris continues to insult Shiba, and the Lizard demands a fight. Geddoe tries to stop the battle and is thrown into an unavoidable "Boss Battle" with Chris and five Soldiers.

If you lose, your teams is seen on their knees. Queen says "With this many against us..." Chris says that it's about time. Geddoe replies that this attack is not like the Knights of Zexen. Chris says one day they'll understand. The Knights, including the unconscious knights walk out. Shiba leaves the party.

If you win, Chris says Geddoe's a strong man, and asks his name. Geddoe refuses, seemingly angry. Chris says she sees and starts to leave. Geddoe asks why she's doing this. Chris says "One day you'll see," and all knights leave, including the unconscious ones.

Win or lose, you will now be in the Middle Tunnel, right in front of the Tunnel's exit. Ace can't figure out why attacked right before the treaty. Jacques claims the soldier's tracks were too light. Queen interrupts to say there's a commotion by the Chief's room. You may SAVE at this point. To continue the story, go to the Chief's room. You find that someone murdered Chief Zepon during your fight with Chris. The Lizards are getting ready for war. Ace asks if they should try to stop it. Geddoe says they can't reason with them and should visit Lucia of Karaya.

The places now open to you are Vinay del Zexay, Zexen Forest, Brass Castle East, West, and Interior, Yaza Plain, Plain Amur, Karaya Village, and the Great Hollow.
