[01a] TRINITY SITE

To use the new Trinity Site method, simply select a Flame and press the X button to play through that chapter. You can see whose chapter it will be when you center on the Flame. You also have the option of reading a background story for the character or saving the game so far. You cannot, however, choose to replay any chapter you have previously played in that particular game.

At times a new Flame will appear due to certain event requirements being met in the game play. These Flames may then be chosen and played through as well. Once you have chosen a Flame and saved in the game play area you cannot choose a new Flame until you've finished the current chapter.

Also, the computer system has an automatic "Easy, Medium, Hard" level built in. These are as follows:

Chris
Easy
Hugo
Medium
Geddoe
Hard

[01b] DISCLAIMER

Suikoden (I, II, III), Gensho Suikoden (I, II, III), and SuikoGaiden (I, II) are all copyrighted by Konami. I own no rights to these games or any products related to them. This unofficial guide was written merely to aid others in finding what I did in the Suikoden III game, but no profit is being made for any part of this guide. If an official guide were to be released by Konami or associated persons, I would remove this guide from public (free) access. Thank you.

[01c] CONTACTS

For advice, questions, helpful hints, blooper spotting, and other forms of constructive criticism or compliments, please contact Sam at [email protected]

For flames, insults, slander, or other negative (and non-helpful) notes, please do not bother to contact me. I will disregard flames as a waste of my time (and yours) and the results of a bad day. So, if you feel I have been offensive, degrading, or otherwise non-productive, please let me know politely with suggestions on how to improve.

If you wish for a response to your email, or wish your name to be associated with any changes you have suggested for this guide, let me know it is okay to contact you and/or name you. Otherwise I will treat all mail as anonymous, and no names will be published without your prior consent.

[01e] SUGGESTED CHAPTER ORDER

This guide is written due to the fact that I like to replay my games (and find new stuff each time). At times, I come back to them after several months and so do not recall all of the stuff I found before. Thus, I wrote it down to recall later when I play again. I have been asked to put this up for public benefit. In other words, this guide is almost completely spoilers, in one way or another. Names are dropped quite often, bonuses given away, and secrets revealed without thought as to who may not have played before. If you wish for an almost Non-Spoiler version, short as this may seem, the Few Spoilers Page is what you should follow. I did try to keep my walk through chapters spoiler free, but it was not completely possible. However, the rest of this guide is, indeed, very spoiler-heavy, and I do not apologize for this. That is what it was originally intended for.

In order to read my walk through, you will need to know a few things:

I did not include any monsters, treasures, optional recruits, or other such information in the walk through itself. These things can be found in other sections of this guide, most notably the Area Section for anything specific on towns and locations or the Stone Table of Promise section for recruits, etc.

I listed the walk through chapters alphabetically, but do not recommend that they be played in this order. Instead, if you want the most story lines with the least spoilers in the story and the most bonus scenes, you should consider playing the chapters in this order:

Hugo 1
Chris 1
Geddoe 1
Chris 2
Thomas 1
Hugo 2
Geddoe 2
Hugo 3
Thomas 2
Geddoe 3
Chris 3
Flame Champion 4
Koruko 4
(Automatically inside Flame Champion 4)
Flame Champion 5
Bonus Character 6
