Dilip Das Gupta is famous for his mysterious luminous landscapes. His multi-limbed trees with twisted and extended branches, mountains under vast sweeping, sometimes clouded or misted sky, vegetation on the ground or between the rocks, are the characteristics of his landscapes of his native region.
