Target Student Population - Urban Black, Hispanic, Hassidim and other      disadvantaged students who have a proportionately  higher High School drop out rate or have a lower rate of continuing on to college. Students would learn            something they enjoy and would be able to make a  good living later.

Funding -  Government is spending billions of dollars on education in the hope   that it will shrink its assistance Programs enabling many to earn their own living.

Location � Target the Federal government special funding of the        �Empowerment Zones� in New York City such as Harlem, and the South Bronx.

Growth �   Potential of having over 10,000 students within five years.                                     Opportunity of franchising special curriculum to other colleges.
                     Opportunity of franchising martial art schools across the country                           with our graduating students.
