Well, like a lot of bookclubs, we're a bunch of women looking for an excuse to get together to talk, eat, and drink! We get together every six weeks and chat about our latest book selection. We're a very informal group, so we usually never know how long our meetings will last! We've been doing this since July 2001, so we're still in our youth! We currently have eight members with each of us bringing something unique to the club! There used to be twelve of us...but times have changed and people's lives take different courses...so we've trimmed down a bit. This is an old pic when we were bigger. |
