Buckingham Palace
One of the most famous sightseeing spots is Buckingham Palace, which the guards ceremony is made.
We were waiting for a long time, however, some tourists began to leave there before the ceremony. It was actually strange.
Then we have got it: the ceremony would not be done today.
We were disappointed; now is the tourists season, so we didn't doubt that the ceremony was not be held.

We watched "Sunflowers" by V. Gogh. Hisako liked a painting by Monet.
"It would be nice if such a painting was displayed in my house... it will be expensive, isn't it?"
...are you sure, Hisako? You can not afford it, never.


Belgo Central
We had a lunch at European restaurant "Belgo Central" near Covent Garden.
Its lunch set consists of mussels, bread, salad and a glass of wine, and it costs under six pounds.
The popular mussels are cooked with garlic oils and that stimulates our appetite.
We ordered chips, too, and ate them with the original mayonnaise.
The chips were more crisp than usual fish & chips.
I liked it very much.

Seeing off
Finally, it was a time that Hisako had to go back to Japan.We went to Heathrow airport to see her off.
