Section 3 - The Need to get it done!
If your drive is to hurry up:

Your values are those of speed, efficiency and responsiveness.

You have a tendency to speak very rapidly and often do several things at once. The overriding impression is of someone in a hurry. You will be lively, adventurous, excited and are often described as the life and soul of the party.

Your stress is caused by having time to think, silence and having nothing to do.

Your stress behaviour is that as the stress increases activity becomes more and more frenetic.

The drivers you have picked up are those of
Dont take long, Dont think, DO! Dont waste time, Dont relax.

Your ways of reducing stress in yourself are:

 Learn to speak more slowly.

Watch your tendency to interrupt before others have finished.

Dont wait until the last moment to do something.

Be on time by not fitting in one more thing before your next appointment.

Make lists and create structures - however painful it may be.

Consciously slow down and take time out to stand and stare.

Make time to express appreciation of other people.

Try and realise that you do not have to earn love by proving how much you can do.
