Code of Angelicum

As Angelican who is a gospel person in word, thought and deed, I ordain myself thus:
I am a believer in God, I honor his name and I live for all that he stands for.

I am truthful and honest even though those around me lie, cheat and steal.

I am fair to all in the midst of unfairness and un justice.

I am loyal to those I am committed to even if it is so easy to betray them.

I love those whom I am bound to love and I respect the rights of all those who come my way.

I am accountable for my behavior and I refuse to blame the world for my failures and shortcomings.

I work for the betterment of mankind by being of service to others.

I choose the path of excellence over the quick and easy road of mediocrity.

I always give my best though I may not always succeed in what I may have set up to do.

I discipline my mind and my body, for success without discipline is impossible.

I shield my name from dishonor and shame.

I hold my words as sacred as my honor, and when I give it, I shall never break it.

I respect the life of nature around me and defend it from abuse and destruction.

I say no to what is wrong even when those around me are saying yes, if it means I must alone to do what is right, then stand alone I will.

This is my conviction!
