when you don't know where you want to go, you end up some place anyways.
i took the patterson trail through the woods all the way to 93 -- wasn't too bad on my road bike. and i just sort of ambled my way past penetang.
much to my delight, i ended up at farlain lake. never been there before. first i went up military road, one of the steepest roads around. i took it easy because of my knee.
when i got to the other side of farlain lake, i came to the entrance of awenda park, so i went in there. it's not open yet, tho' me and i will be there next weekend.
the trilliums are jus starting to come out. the woods will be gorgeous next weekend.bp
