I was involved in a Registration Process Research in which we prepared a set of recommendation to
modify the registration process of Opodo. The recommendations were accompanied by a competitive
audit of registration process of Opodo's top competitors. I did extensive study of existing registration
process, types of information displayed and information categorization to write the recommendation.
The market trends and user needs were also used as inputs.
|
 |
 |
Accomplishments |
 |
The executive committee of Opodo found the recommendations useful and directed to refresh the
existing registration functionality based on the recommendation.
Based on the research results modifications were made in the design and functionality of the
existing site. Due to the enhancement, Opodo got a higher usability rating than its earlier versions.

Unforced Capacity plays a crucial role in the New York energy marketplace. NYISO's existing process
for administering UCAP procedures, however, is time consuming and largely manual; it relies heavily
on excel spreadsheets and emails. As a result, the NYISO is exploring alternatives for automating the
process for UCAP planning, procurement, and billing.
