Contact the Director or any staff of the centre for further information.
How We Are Organised
Our teachers are trained and they all use sign language and Braille in order to cope with the children's work. However, threre is an over all teacher who monitors all the effective use of Braille and sign language.
P.T.A or DICPTA
We have a Parents Teachers Association. The majority of them are made of parents whose children have one disability or the other. That is why the name is Disabled Children's Parents/Teachers' Association (DICPTA). This association is not vey active because most parents feel the burden of their handicapped children. It has taken us time to convince some of them who always felt ashamed of having handicapped children in their children.
Some of them believe that it was either because of some one's hatred to have bewitched the child or the results of their own wrongdoing.
