The Screaming For Vengeance tour remains one of Judas Priest's biggest tours, including a massive stage set, song list, duration of tour and countries visited. This tour was chronicled in an official audio and video release named Live Vengeance ( it is interesting to note that these releases came out a full year after the release of Screaming For Vengeance, and the band was still on tour! ) Some people consider Live Vengeance one of the best live releases of all time. Another tour highlight was when Priest performed at 1983's US Festival show in front of 350,000 people.

Of the 10 songs on Screaming For Vengeance, the band played Fever on the first 2 dates of the tour and have never played it since. The band first played Take These Chains in 2019, 37 years after release. This makes Pain And Pleasure the ONLY song from the album to have never been performed live. Judas Priest was on top of the world but would continue to tour at this pace for years to come.
