well - it's only taken me four months, but i think i'm finally starting to get the hang of this web-page thing.... it's funny how things stare you in the face everyday and you don't see them, until one day the light bulb goes off in your head and you figure something out that should've been so simple to begin with. like, for instance - notice at the top of your browser - neat how i can name the page now, huh? i've been wanting to do that since i started this thing. live and learn, right?
today did not start off well - at work anyway. i can't trust anyone to use my computer at work without fucking it up. i need to set it up with a password or something so i can be the only one able to access it. anytime i leave work early somebody sits here a fucks with something. this morning, my computer would not start without crashing - nothing worse than that - who knows what the hell happened after i left yesterday at 4:30!
although, i shouldn't bitch too much because i woke up at paul's house today to the smell of sausages cooking...he woke up early to make me breakfast. i wonder if he'll keep doing these sweet things after we're married. this is probably all an act to trap me and the real paul will come out after i say "i do."
i just got an email from indie that made me laugh. i sent a fellow co-worker to her last week to get her hair done - and she informed me that indie has cut all her hair off - SHORT! you see, we've had an on-going bet to see who can grow their hair to the middle of their back first. so i had to tease her about it. she's confident i won't be in the lead for long, though - understandably.... i am usually the first to cut all my locks off the second i see a cute 'do on some chick - but she doesn't know the state of mind i'm in right now. i am so confident i'm going to grow my hair long this time i don't even feel the need to convince her. i can't wait for her to hand that $100 over!!
saw 'bringing out the dead' last night: wanna see what i thought of it? i can tell it's gonna be a good day - i'm feeling spunky!
