last friday was a good time. one of the owners of the company i work for is irish and he had a big "to do" at a bar in st paul. people have been talking about last year's since i started at the agency last may, so i've been looking forward to this years. it was everything they said it would be. i wore my green wig...it was really a hit. (wanna see?) this is a pic of me and mary. - she's the blonde :)

paul and i were a bit hung-over the next day, but it was definately worth it. so of course, we had our usual exciting weekend of laying around and watching movies.

paul wanted to rent "harold and maude" yesterday..it's one of his favorite movies of all time and i've never seen it. boy, that's a weird on, i tell ya...but i guess i liked it. another of his favs is "boxing helena" and from what i've heard about that one, i'm a little nervous. but, the curiosity will get the best of me, i'm sure.

i get this urge to shave my head every so often. i've had it ever since my friend nikki did it about 9 or 10 years ago. it was so much fun, and i can't help but imagine how easy it would be. well, after wearing that wig all night on friday, and all the attention i received, i feel like going out and getting myself one of those really awesome $200 wigs that looks really real, and just starting over with my hair.

you see, i've been coloring it since i was about 15. i honestly don't remember what the real color looks like. starting over just seems like a liberating thing to do, but unfortunately, i've never had the balls to do it.

well, i added a new links page, but i'm a little embarrassed about it. i had an accident the other day, when i was trying to up the memory on my netscape. it worked, this program works much slicker now, but for some reason all my bookmarks got erased. i've been working here for almost a year now, and i had a lot of bookmarks. it's hard to remember names when you use those all the time. hopefully, i'll have some of them at home that i can copy and send over email.

Oooo-somebody's making popcorn...i gotta get the hell outta here and go make myself some dinner!
