janet, an old friend from school call me last night...shortly after graduation she moved to green bay, wisconsin. but, now she's planning to move back. i'm really glad - we got along so well, i was really bummed when she moved. she was telling me about all the jobs that were in the paper last sunday...i guess there's a lot. i probably wouldn't have even thought to look in the paper. although, that's where i found this one. the one that caught my attention was for northwest airlines...then you'd get flight benefits...that would be nice!

but, since she's the one that told me about it, i don't really feel like it would be very nice of me to go apply for it....cuz she's probably going to. but, at least i know that there's a lot in the paper...i'll have paul grab last sunday's from his folks or something.

i have to pick my brother up from the airport on thursday because he's coming to town for conferences or something. he's staying at the marriot downtown thursday and friday nights, but on saturday he's staying at my place...i'm a little nervous about it. i'm worried that he'll drink and get out of hand. i need to get the hard liquor out of my apartment.

i decided that he's okay when he just sticks to beer - so i'm going to go to the gas station and buy some 3.2 beer so he can't get as drunk on that even. here in mn the beer sold at the liquor stores is stronger, so this way i can trick him. good idea, huh? i just hope he doesn't want to go out - cuz i have no control over what he drinks if we go someplace...unless i pick a place that has really good pitcher specials or something...but even then he's bound to want to do some shots. god - i hope i survive this.

paul's parents discovered my tattoo the other day - i was sort of trying to hide if from them as long as possible so that they'd really get to know me first and not care so much. but, we were showing them pictures from mexico, and st. patty's day, and i completely forgot that i'm sleeveless in nearly all the pictures...so she asked me about that thing on my arm. hopefully, she doesn't mind too much...she didn't seem too bad about it.

i've been dying to go to old navy lately...i have no idea why. but, i don't know where there is one that's close to me. i know of three that are a bit of a drive...it's weird. i don't know where i get these things in my head...
