well - once again i have revamped the look of my entire site..... i think i might stick with this one, though...i really like it. i guess that's just in my nature - i'm constantly redoing and changing and trying to perfect things. that old design just wasn't me - too industrial or something - this one makes me think of antiques, which is much more my style. hope you all like it - let me know!
me and paul and mary went to this luncheon seminar yesterday on nutrition and how to get healthier - stick to a program. she didn't help a whole lot on the how to stick to it - but the nutrition stuff was a nice review, and it got me thinking about what i'm eating for the time being - however long that'll last. she really stressed the importance of breakfast..... something that paul and i are both pretty bad about. so this morning we got up an hour earlier and went out for breakfast at perkins - we split an omlet cuz there stuff is so huge we thought it would defeat the purpose if we gorged ourselves right off.

so, we'll see how long this lasts - but it's a good start anyway. amie wants me to go workout with her between work and clay class tonight... as long as i have people asking me to do stuff like that, it'll help.... any kind of push helps. i haven't used the free membership at all (other then that seminar) and it's been good since the first of may. i think amie has a membership a lifetime - maybe if i get into working out with her i'll have to check into a membership myself - i can't afford one at northwest (the free place until the 22nd).
yesterday mary told me that they desperately need people over in the interactive division that can design websites - i always thought that wasn't up my alley cuz i don't know the html coding very well, but apparently they don't need that, they just need designers. it bugs me that they 've never even asked if they're in such dire need. just goes to show you that if i ever want a design job, i'm gonna have to go elsewhere - they just think of me as a tech person... and it'll be hard to break out of that stereotype.
