The Gamers' Guild: Play Games, Have Fun

About Us

The Albright Gamers' Guild is a student run organization at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. The goal of our organization is to provide to students on Albright campus the necessary service of a free, relaxed place to go and play games with their friends.

If you would like to learn more about our organization, you can read the latest draft of our constitution in PDF format here. The constitution describes our part of the agreement we have with Albright College that we may meet as a group on campus and won't cause too much trouble.

Albright College Gamers' Guild membership is offered to any student interested in gaming. If you would like to join, please write an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line "JOIN" and the following information:

We do most of our correspondence by e-mail now, so make sure to check your e-mail frequently, but we do sometimes mail out fliers for events, and we sometimes make phone calls to see what kind of attendance we might get for an event on campus (it's easier than sitting in the campus center at dinner for a week).

Contact Info

These are the people who are in charge of the guild. They are here to help you learn everything you need to know about the guild, join or leave the guild, and generally make Albright campus a more fun place to be.

Bryan Confessore

Hey all I'm a senior (class 2006). I am majoring in Digital Media/Theater/Film. I've been busy trying to find new and exciting things for the gamers guild, such as video game contests, a trip to Medieval Times, maybe even a Human Chess match...

I also like long walks on the beach and laying under a palm tree watching the sunrise. My box is 385 and you can reach me at the Guild E-mail. Thankies!

I'm a sophomore Alpha major, but I'm leaning towards digital media. I read to many books, watch too much TV and spend too much time on the computer. I love the science fiction and fantasy genre. My favorite movie at present is Sin City, although Guys and Dolls is a close second. I read Harry Potter, and I am thoroughly obsessed. I also love Lost and Nip/Tuck. Oh, and the greatest author to every live is Jasper Fforde, everyone should read his books. Well there isn't much more to say about me.

If you want to reach me my campus box is #1120 and my e-mail is [email protected]. Caio!

Webmaster

Since we are mostly DM majors at this time, we are all doing our part to contribute to the Gamers Guild webpage, so there is no single webmaster.

The phone system on campus has been changed.

From any campus phone or callbox, just dial the 4-digit box number of the person you are trying to contact. If the person only has a 3-digit box number, prefix that with a 5 and you will be connected with that person's room.
