Here
are the items that are used in the story by the DigiDestined
and the villians. Note that the children's digivices are
the D-Powers from series 3. The reason for using them is
it's my favourite digivice, although they don't have all
the same functions that the ones from series 3 had.
WARNING: SOME THINGS BELOW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS LATER IN
THE STORY.
Digivices
The original DigiDestined still own their original
digivices and D3's, although they have been upgrades over
the years. The original digivices can now open portals,
not just the D3's.
The D-Powers are the childrens digivices. They recieved
their digivices on their fifth birthdays along with their
Digimon partners. The D-Powers have more functions than
the original digivices. They store the "Digital Ring"
inside and can release it when summoned by the DigiDestined.
There are built in microphones just below the screen so
the children can communicate with each other. Other functions
include a sensor to locate other DigiDestined, a Digital
scanner that scans Digimon's data and a digital clock.
Digital
Rings
The
Digital Rings are small golden rings that are stored in
the childrens digivices after being created. By saying "Digital
Ring Release" the ring is released from the D-Power
and allows the Digimon to digivolve to their champion forms.
Meddallions
These are small round metal circles, shaped like
coins with the eight crests engraved on them. They work
similar to the crests as they allow the Digimon to digivolve
into their ultimate forms. There are eight based off the
original crests.
D-Phone
Created by Izzy, the D-Phones are small devices/phones
that the original DigiDestined use to communicate with each
other. They are colour cordinated for each DigiDestined
matching their crest colours. The D-Phones have a small
clip so it can be used hands free.
Port
Stone
The
Port Stone is a large energy jewel that is the key and power
sorce to all the Digi Ports all over their world. It is
located in an heavily guarding building in a deserted place
in the Digital World called area 66. Only Gennai and his
selected few can access it whenever needed. If the Port
Stone is removed from its slot then all the Digi Ports will
close instantly and not re-open until it is returned to
its rightful place.
The
Eight Digital Emeralds
These
emeralds protect each sector of the Digital World. Created
when the original eight DigiDestined gave up their crests
when they were kids, they are hidden away keeping the lands
of the Digital World safe and sercure.
The Emeralds powers can be used for good and evil but when
used for evil it disturbs the Digital World's balance and
disasters begin to occur. They each have their own special
powers which can be used by good or evil, some emeralds
share the same power. Listed below is where the Emeralds
were found and what powers they posses:
Courage - (telepathic/mega digivolve) Found
on a small ledge in a fire infested larva pit guarded by
SkullSatamon
Love - (power increase) Buried deep in the sand
in the middle of the hottest desert.
Knowledge - (power increase) Hidden in the warehouse
in the middle of the File City.
Friendship - (mega digivolve) Located in an Ice
Palace guarded by IceDevimon.
Light - (opens portals) Buried at the top of Infinity
Mountain
Sincerity - (Invincibility) Located in the depths
of the forest.
Reliability - (power increase) Found at the bottom
of the ocean.
Hope - (telekinetic) Hidden in a stone layered
with ice and snow.
