OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

• Submit GIFTs to [email protected] between Feb. 1 and April 1 (AEJMC's uniform deadline). GIFTs must be received by April 1. It is highly recommended that GIFTs be submitted early.

• The GIFT coordinator will e-mail a confirmation upon receiving your GIFT. Submissions will be acknowledged but not returned.

• All correctly formatted GIFTs will be processed and forwarded to the judges. Their scores will determine the top 25 finalists.

• Finalists only will be notified of their status after May 15. Also, they must prepare a poster/display to fit a bulletin board space approximately 8' wide and 4' tall.

• Judges will rank GIFTs again to determine the grand prize winner. The winner will be announced at the AEJMC convention GIFT poster session and awarded with a $100 check and plaque.

• All GIFT finalists will receive a commemorative certificate at the AEJMC convention. If unable to be at the GIFT session, a proxy must be present to attend to the bulletin board or pick up the certificate/judges' feedback sheets.
