Dear Penny,
We have been in suspense with my director/associates as thier has not been any communication from you to know whats the matter for the sudden disapointment.
Hope that the illness of your Aunt is not responsible for this as i always wishes her speedy recovery.
As i told you in my previous mail that its our performance in what we have told you that matters realy , so keep the faith regardless any other thing and give me a trial to prove it and i bet you will never regret,
Thier are other ways also we can do this transaction more comfortable if only you wish .
