Today I was at the airport with the chairman of our company to welcome you but unfortunately you were not there. We waited till the last person that came out from the plane.

At a point I was afraid that you might have lost on transit or possibly something bad must have happened to you.

I must be frank with you, that we are disappointed. Our company chairman is now seeing it like you are not serious to do business with us.

Please get back to me so that I will know what is going on and know how I will protect your interest. This is because, I have already giving a good message about you to our company management that you are relaible and want to go into long time business relationship with our company. Our chairman beleived me because he knows that I am a man of my word. This is why he followed me to the airport. Look at the disappointment.
