Compliments of the season to you & thanks for getting back to me. I called your telephone severally to know how you are fairing in view of your ill-health but, your answering machine took my call. Quite interesting to know that you are vast with what is obtainable here in Africa in terms of getting payment approvals and stuffs like that.

For your request, I told you that it will not be possible for me to change the name of my late client to Roman Conquest unless I go to the federal high court here in Lagos and swear an oath to secure an affidavit for change of name.

To do this, I need to pay the sum of $860.00 at the federal high court before the Chief Judge will sign and approve my application. As soon as he approves the application, I will submit it to the Lagos Teaching Hospital for another Death Certificate in the name of Roman Conquest. This is the only way it will work out for us. Concerning the payment approvals from the court to enable the bank wire the $20 million dollars into your bank account, I have secured the court papers but, I am still looking for money to pay the Drug Fee. If you don't have the money to assist me with the Drug fee, maybe we should wait for you to claim the $1.5 million from the insurance company and send the money for the drug fee to me. I hope, this is the only way out for us because, I cannot raise the $5,000 for the drug fee now.
