Dear Barrister Emmanuel,

      Compliments of the Season to you. I would like to request that you cover the fee for the Death Certificate only and I will cover the rest of the fees and any other expeses that might arise until we can realise the transfer of funds. I only ask this one favour because I have very little money now but if I can present the Death Certificate to the insurance company as evidence of Roman's death then I am certain that I can get the full insurance benefit paid to me in less than 60 working days. As I mentioned before, the payout for Roman's policy is $1.5 million so money will be no problem for me once I can collect it and then I will be able to cover the expenses that you have told me about.
