Philippine Flowers Mini Stamp Series. This definitive series consists of five issues with a total of 67 stamps issued between 1991 to 1993.

Set I The two issues for blocks-of-four [kalachuchi and gumamela] were released postally on April 11 while the three singles [rosal, ilang-ilang, and yellow bell] were issued on April 01.

Set II consists of two blocks-of-four [santan and bougainvillea] and single issues of adelfa and bandera española.

Set III Four blocks-of-four [kalachuchi, santan, bougainvillea and gumamela] were revalued. While four single issues [rosal, adelfa, ilang-ilang and banderas española] were postally entered on December 13.

Set IV the P2.00 kalachuchi block of four was first issued, followed by P1.00 kalachuchi block of four and the P3.00 adelfa issues on February 10. Two days later, on February 12 the P6.00 santan block of four was issued followed by P7.00 bougainvillea block of four on February 27. On March 04, the 60s rosal single, on March 24, the P5.00 ilang-ilang single were issued. The P1.50 rosal and the P8.00 gumamela blocks of four were issued on March 25. The P10.00 banderas española issued on September 22

Set V The last in this series is the P1.00 yellow bell issue.
