ABdA, the web master, is continually redesigning this site to achieve an optimally efficient and effective venue to propagate awareness of Philippine Philately. Hence, this noble project have been subjected to lots of revisions, most coming from visitors' comments as well as critics.

To make this site as relevant, as informative, as fast-loading as any other commercial sites on Philately, visitors are urged and pleaded to make their comments, good or otherwise, known to the web master through private e-mail, or by filling-up the suggestions form or taking part of the survey.
