o Tourist Publicity, consists of four sets of four stamps issued until May 03, 1871.

  • Set I features four stamps: Hundred Islands of Pangasinan; Tree House in Pasonanca Park, Zamboanga City; Sugar Industry, Negros Island; Mt. Kanlaon, Woman and carabao statue, symbolizing agriculture; and Miagao Church, Iloilo, and horse-drawn calesa.
  • Set II features a Filipina at "Ang Nayong Pilipino"; Filipina and fisherman at Estancia, Quezon; Pagsanjan Falls; and Watch Tower at Punta Cruz, Bohol.
  • Set III features the cultured pearl farm at Davao; coral divers in Davao; a Moslem mosque in Zamboanga and the Banaue Rice Terraces.
  • Set IV features a Spanish cannon in Zamboanga; Magellan's Cross in Cebu City; the Big Jar Monument in Calamba, Laguna and Mayon Volcano in Legazpi City.
  • o Revolutionary Heroes Series, Scott's Catalog includes the other stamps listed by Dr. Ngo under Prominent Filipinos Definitive Series.

  • Set I consists of a regular and Official stamps featuring Mariano Ponce, see provisional Surcharged stamp issued on April 23, 1973.
  • Set II features Juan Felipe.
  • Set III features Gen. Miguel Malvar. This stamp was overprinted during the 25th Anniversary of Philippine Lionism on March 25, 1974.
  • o 1st Prominent Filipinos Series, Dr. Ngo categorized these as the first series of the Prominent Filipinos Definitives, which includes ten stamps issued between 1973 and 1978. Except for the Escoda issue and those issued in 1978, most stamps were also issued imperforate.

  • Set I features Josefa Llanes Escoda.
  • Set II features Marcela Agoncillo. Another FDC was also issued on April 16, 1974. This issue was overprinted for the Airmail Exhibition stamps issued on November 22, 1975.
  • Set III features Fernando Ma. Guerrero, see surcharged stamp issued on January 17, 1977.
  • Set IV features Pedro A. Paterno. Another FDC was also issued on April 16, 1974.
  • Set V features Edilberto Evangelista. Another FDC was also issued on June 10, 1974. This stamp was also overprinted for the 82nd Anniversary of Philippine Independence issued on June 12, 1980 and surcharged on March 26, 1981.
  • Set VI features Gabriela Silang.
  • Set VII features Gregoria de Jesus
  • Set VIII features Dr. Jose Rizal.
  • Set IX features Lope K. Santos.
  • Set X features Rajah Kalantiaw.
  • o 2nd Prominent Filipinos Series, with a new font type used for the word Pilipinas, this series consists of nine stamps issued between 1974 and 1977. Except for the Agoncillo issue, all stamps were also issued imperforate.

  • Set I features Pio Valenzuela, see srucharged stamp issued on January 17, 1977.
  • Set II features Rafael Palma. This stamp was revalued and issued with a change of color on August 15, 1977.
  • Set III features Teodora Alonso. This tamp was overprinted for the Airmail Exhibition issued on November 22, 1975 and surcharged on November 25, 1981.
  • Set IV features Teodoro Yangco.
  • Set V features Norberto Romualdez.
  • Set VI features Greogorio del Pilar.
  • Set VII features Emilio Jacinto. This stamp was surcharged for Philatelic Week on November 23, 1978, February 10, 1981 and on March 26, 1981.
  • Set VIII features Felipe Agoncillo. This tamp was surcharged for Philatelic Week on November 23, 1979 and for the 82nd Anniversary of Philippine Independence issued on June 12, 1980.
  • o Cancelled-to-Order Series, this is not listed as a series in either Scott's or Dr. Ngo's catalogs. Aside from the regular issue, CTO stamps were sold at 10% of face values. The CTOs consist of 24 [six per set] stamps lithographed by Questa of England.

  • Philippine Mammals features a musang [Viverra tangalunga (Grey)], chonggo [Macaca philippinensis philippinensis (Geoffrey)], baboy ramo [Sas celebensis philippensis (Nehring)], maral [Felis minuta (Temminck)], malintong [Paramanis culionensis (Elera)], and dinggin [Amblovx cinera cinerea (Iliger)].
  • Philippine Cultivated Mussaendas features Doña Evangelina, Doña Esperanza, Doña Hilaria, Doña Aurora, Gining Imelda, and Doña Trining mussaendas.
  • Dogs & Cats features Afghan hound, stripped tobby cat, Doberman pinscher, Siamese cat, German shepherd dog, and Chinchilla cat.
