Despite having a basic knowledge of plumbing myself, I was unable to stop the leak on my own. Frank came out to my home the same day I called to give me a free quote. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and quoted a very reasonable price. He returned at the agreed upon day and time, and completed the job in less time than he originally estimated. His work is of fantastic quality, and his prices are more than fair. Frank was such a great guy; I would have him back to do any other plumbing jobs I may need in the future. Thank you, Frank! |

Contacted Plumb Excellence to see if someone could come take a look and Frank came out the next day. He gave us a few different options, and we decided to have the whole system upgraded (we figured we might as well, since the kitchen was already torn apart). He originally told us it would be three days, but ended up being four due to some unseen problems. The final cost was more than he said in the beginning, but we feel was still reasonable. We are very happy with the results and with the service we received, and would consider using Plumb Excellence again in the future. |
