Established in 1984, Plumb Excellence has been serving the much-loved residents of greater Manchester for over 30 years. Commercial services were introduced in 1991, and continue to be a vital part of the company.

This website was created in 2019 to allow people to more easily find the company and request their services. The website lists the most common services, as well as a few of the more unique services, offered for both residential and commercial customers. This will allow visitors to the site to determine if their needs are something the company can meet. Most companies have an online presence, and having this website will allow the company to reach a wider audience.
The target audience will be any individual or company within a 30-mile radius from Manchester, NH, that has a need for any type of plumbing services. While the number of people requiring plumbing services can, and does, vary from month to month, the website can be expected to have approximately 50 visitors per month. The desired result from building this website is to have Plumb Excellence grow their customer base. Ideally, each visitor to the website will contact them to get a quote for their job, which will hopefully lead to more business.
Each page was built on its own, to ensure each page had the intended information, starting with the home page. Each page was also linked to all other pages to ensure the user can navigate the website with ease. Photos and reviews were collected to showcase the ability of the company with both residential and commercial plumbing. The colors, fonts and backgrounds were chosen with readability in mind for the end user; a lighter background with darker text. Minimal media was used to ensure quick load time, while maintaining a modern looking website with pleasing, eye grabbing, aesthetics.
This website will be maintained with updated reviews and available services. Had there been more time and resources, a video/how-to page, with videos and links to YouTube videos, would have been added. This would provide potential customers with a better view of the company in action, as well as provide them with some easy DIY fixes for minor plumbing issues. Should the opportunity arise, this page will be added in the future.
