Smalls decided that he is going to Chico for college and therefore we are clueless as to what is going to happen with this band. It was a great experience for all of us in the band, and we met some really cool people in the process whom we will never forget. The way i look at this is a memory that will stay in my head forever. We put out a demo, played a few shows, I still would like a shirt haha, and coming out soon will be our music video. Yes, it is homemade but hey it will be awesome, i promise you. We are undecided whether or not this band will go on when Smalls leaves but you all will just have to wait and see now wont you.

I would like to thank people for supporting us. The ones who have supported us the most were the guys of Just*Right. So thank you Danny, Loren, Steve, Max, and Chris(the crappy bass player who isnt in the band haha j/k). You have supported us alot and we never played a show without you there. You guys rule! So our music video will be for the song "Breakdown" which is on our demo. Its a great song about growing up and moving on, I think. I just play guitar, therefore i have no idea whats goin on. We should start the video soon, we are still going through ideas. If you have heard the song and have an idea for it, e-mail me Ted and well take it into consideration. Thats the news for now

You can also check us out at mp3.com by going to http://www.mp3.com/12gaugevalentine. Right now there is only 1 song up there (Breakdown) but another (Second Chances) will be up in a few days.

The show at the Gilroy Gaslighter was a lot of fun. Bands were us, Fallen Up, and Just Right. There were about 6 people there but it was still a blast. Pictures from the show are going to be on the Pictures page in a few hours, after I complete them. So check them out later on. That's all for now, late.

So we played the show. Did MUCH better than we did before. We're still really new to the music scene, and it kinda shows. Still getting our stage presence down, still trying to get comfortable, but hey, we're trying. We've been around for like 2 or 3 months, I think we've done very well considering that. Anyway, show was billions of times better than the first gaslighter show. Jaded Monkeys put on the best show I have ever seen. Kudos to you fools, especially for being aZn.

We have another show at the Gilroy Gasligter on the 4th. We will have 2 or 3 new songs too, and a free 4song demo cd that we will be handing out to anyone who wants it. If you like our sound, or you need another coaster or something, pick one up there. If you can't make it to the show but still want a demo, just let us know. Email me at [email protected] with your name and address and we will send one out to you free of charge. The demo sounds suprisingly good, I was really impressed with the way it turned out. Added China's bio, and might I say, it's damn sexy. I also added a random quote generator on all the pages (look above). It puts out a random quote from one of our songs everytime a page is loaded, so for those of you who are really bored, I put 35 quotes on the list, find 'em all and you'll get... well, you won't get anything really, you know except for the good feeling of doing something semi-productive. Nevermind, if your bored, there are 35 quotes, can you find them all?!

Show tonight has potential for disaster, but I'll try to make it not suck as hard. Our bassist is gone so we got a filler for the show, but I'm not too confident that he knows the songs well enough. I guess we'll have to see. I just want to play though, if it sounds bad it sounds bad, but we'll have fun nonetheless. And if Jason puts his hand in his pocket or plays with the mic cord, you all have my full permission to throw sharp pointy things at him. See you tonight. Late

Added Ted's bio, now you can see how awesome he truly is! I dont even kid...

Demo is going nicely, Jason has 2 more songs to record and China has all his, everyone else is done. We think it sounds good, but what do we know. Either way, free copies will be available at the show on August 4th, and mp3's of a few of the tracks will also be available on this site on the Media page. I'll keep you informed so you're not confused more than a hungry baby at a topless bar. Keep it rockin', late.

Myself (drums) and Ted (guitar) recorded yesterday. Craig (Guitar) and Jason (Vocals) and possibly me (backup vocals) are recording today. China (bass) gets back home from NY on the 2nd of August, so he will record on the 3rd, and we will have the demo completed for the show on the 4th. Anyone who goes to the show on the 4th (see shows page for more info) will get a free copy. We would be giving it out on the show on the 29th, but SOMEBODY (*cough* China *cough*) won't be here for recording, OR the show.
