The trouble with web-based email is that sometimes, they upgrade. What's worse is when they take two or more weeks to upgrade. So any questions you might have sent before Mail.com did their thing I no longer have access to...until they, in all their dot.com wisdom, decide to grant it to me once more. (I.E., I have no frickin' idea because they're not telling.) Hopefully all queries sent through my site right now will actually reach me....hopefully.
